Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules governing the use of Pygentech's intelligence platform, Sentradar, and all related services. To maintain the integrity of our regional intelligence ecosystem, all institutional clients and users are expected to adhere to these standards.
1. Unlawful & Ethical Restrictions
You may not use Pygentech services for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Zimbabwe or the international jurisdictions in which you operate. Prohibited activities include:
- Unlawful Surveillance: Using narrative intelligence to monitor or harass individuals without legal mandate.
- Disinformation Campaigns: Utilizing insights to architect or propagate disinformation, propaganda, or unlawful behavioral manipulation.
- Privacy Violations: Attempting to identify or deanonymize individuals whose signals are captured in macro-scale narrative analysis.
2. Technical Misuse
To ensure system stability for all institutional clients, the following technical actions are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Sentradar engine.
- Circumventing platform security, authentication protocols, or access control mechanisms.
- Excessive automated scraping or API requests that exceed agreed-upon service levels (SLAs) and degrade performance.
3. Enforcement & Compliance
Pygentech reserves the right to monitor system usage for compliance with this AUP. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of service, termination of institutional engagement, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement agencies.
