Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Pygentech services, including the Sentradar platform and institutional intelligence briefings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using these services on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

Users must refrain from using Pygentech services for any unlawful purpose. This includes any attempts to circumvent platform security, engage in unauthorized data scraping, or utilize narrative intelligence for harassment, disinformation, or surveillance that violates regional privacy laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, and analytical models developed by Pygentech, including the unique architecture of Sentradar, are the exclusive property of Pygentech LTD. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access insights generated for their specific institutional use.

3. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for institutional deployments, Pygentech does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance periods and system updates will be communicated in advance via the Intelligence Desk. Support is provided according to the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with your institutional engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pygentech provides intelligence insights based on public narrative signals. We are not liable for institutional decisions made based on these insights. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service within the 12-month period preceding any claim.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be settled in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
