Responsible AI Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Purpose
Pygentech develops intelligence systems that analyze large volumes of public narrative signals to help institutions understand sentiment dynamics and emerging narrative risks.
This Responsible AI Policy outlines the principles guiding how artificial intelligence and analytical models are designed and used within Pygentech systems, including Sentradar.
Our objective is to ensure that analytical technologies support informed decision-making while maintaining transparency, accountability, and responsible use.
2. Scope of AI Systems
AI and machine learning models used within Pygentech systems may support functions such as:
- sentiment analysis of public discourse
- identification of narrative themes and trends
- anomaly detection within narrative environments
- summarization of large information streams
- generation of structured intelligence insights
AI outputs are intended to support analysis and decision-making rather than replace human judgment.
3. Public Information Focus
Pygentech systems are designed to analyze **publicly available information environments**, including media coverage, public social media discussions, and forums.
Pygentech does not design systems to access private communications or restricted accounts.
4. Human Oversight
AI-generated outputs are designed to support institutional analysis, not operate autonomously. Key safeguards include:
- human interpretation of intelligence outputs
- structured reporting designed for decision-makers
- configurable thresholds and monitoring parameters
- manual validation where appropriate
Institutions using Pygentech systems remain responsible for interpreting intelligence outputs within their governance frameworks.
5. Transparency and Explainability
Pygentech aims to maintain transparency around how analytical systems operate. Where possible, intelligence outputs provide underlying narrative signals, sentiment patterns, and contextual summaries.
6. Bias Awareness
Narrative analysis systems may be influenced by the composition of public discourse environments. We evaluate models periodically and incorporate multiple information sources to emphasize trend detection rather than individual judgment.
7. Responsible Use by Institutions
Organizations deploying Pygentech systems are expected to use intelligence outputs responsibly. Systems should not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, disinformation, or privacy violations.
8. Continuous Improvement
Pygentech continuously evaluates and improves its analytical models—refining natural language processing and expanding contextual understanding to support institutions with accurate intelligence signals.
9. Governance
We maintain internal governance practices: reviewing methodologies, monitoring behavior, and evaluating new capabilities before deployment. Responsible system design is an ongoing commitment.
